Conveyancing is the legal term for the process done by a Notary to transfer and/or charge legal title to a property.  Buying, selling, or mortgaging property, a Notary Public can assist you.

A Notary can eliminate the stress and confusion that may arise during a purchase, sale or mortgage transaction.  Our goal is to smoothly navigate you through the process, giving you peace of mind that everything will be completed correctly and on time.

Personal Planning allows an adult to plan for the future and includes Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements and Advance Directives.

Making a Will is important because…

It gives you control over what happens to your assets after you pass.  You can make sure that the things you own go to the people you want to have them.  It allows you to appoint a person to be your Personal Representative.  Another benefit of having a Will is that you have the opportunity to choose your minor child’s guardian.
